Hey! It's actually just puff paint, and I gave it a sort of "stitched" look by just making a bunch of tiny lines perpendicular to the direction of the larger blue line.
 
Small Update:
Went to the seamstress today.
I kinda tore my hood trying to get my melon in it.
I asked if they could do "same day" if I payed extra. (to finish puffing)
They "sure $20 extra". I said "yes" of course.
They were so tickled by my suit they said "anything else"?
I asked if they could make my zippers more invisible and they said "sure"!
Picked up my suit after work, its perfect. Perfect hidden zippers.
Yay! Made my day.

Oh and they liked it so much they only charged me $21.29
 
Awesome that makes me happy..... I'm glad they were able to do that. I was sewing a zipper today with the new foot and it went invisible and it made me feel bad with you. So I'm glad you foot that done.

i am new to the forums.. i came across this when i was googling spiderman suits, and this looks awesome! I was going to order a DGP suit, but seems like he his banned.. so i am guessing, i will have to play the waiting game? or does anyone know how i can get a hold of him?

Why do you still want to order from him. :behave I'm still lurking in the shadows here and read up on this situation. But after reading this thread and the deleted apology thread I wouldn't want any from dgp even if it was for free. But hey, to each his own...

Edit: you should look at this: Better choice if you would like to buy a suit

Unfortunately i do not know what the apology thread said... and yah i noticed McLeans suit as well, but he isnt putting the spiders on front or back? and there's a pretty big waiting list.. whereas the DGP one i would have been able to start right away.. but i'll get on his waiting list and go from there.. thanks!
