alternatives to bondo

hey, im in the process of making halo armor and i have a question.
people use bondo to detail their armor, but i hear that it is toxic.
can somebody tell me about an alternative to bondo that is completely safe, no harmful dusts, fumes, etc.
any help would be appreciated

First of all you might get more help at the 405th site since pepakura is what they do. Secondly, why are you starting a new thread? You have asked basically the same question in these threads already:

There is a limited amount of space on forums, and all your repeated threads are doing (this is not the first time you've simply repeated a thread for no reason) is bumping useful threads further down the list.

I have deleted ALL BUT ONE of your other threds on the same subject as this, if you can not be botherd to read what people have said to you on 3 different threds, that is your own problem, there is no need for the other threds or this to be there.
