Alright, How Do You Make A Working Wristblade Gaunlet That's Cheap?

There are a few older threads about working wrist blades that were pretty simple and cheap to make but for some reason when I search it I keep getting a 404 server error. If it works for me later on a I will add the link otherwise type in working wrist blades in search and it should pull up on the 2nd page.

You can carve the blades from wood or plastic and use a drawer sliding mechanism from Lowes or Home Depot to make them extend. Pringles cans work great for the actual gauntlets.
