I made the belt out of an Army tan mesh belt, I put a layer of latex on,painted & aged..got the boxes off a member (Mannowar made I believe, I painted them then painted the glyphs on) and made the kilt from a piece of fake aged suede I cut into strips (got from fabric store).

Added some braids and beads to the head...

I can't wait to give it a test drive at DragonCon!! Damn will I be hella hot!

Also put a bullet casing in the bullet impact hole in the armor...I think it looks pretty good. Thoughts?
