Just received these new designed parts. Came out pretty nice I think and it captures the details of the prop..

I’m in progress to recreate the Greedo Killer as it was seen in the “Star Wars Chronicles” book (as well as most of the Solo promo pics). Bent scope, dented saddle knob, two different style weavers with different sized wheels as well as all the correct writing on the Saddle.. both top and underneath

For those that are curious.. all parts are designed from pictures of the actual parts. All measurements and details are very accurately recreated for better or for worse. Tried to leave no stone unturned along the way..

Looking great! If you're going for max accuracy, go for brass screws on the saddle!
The GK saddle corrcect? The screws are actually brass? Thats something I’ve not noticed as they are all painted black without any color showing through. Once I get them painted up they represent the Compac pretty well as seen below. But they are definitely brass?? I am definitely aiming for max accuracy within ones own limitations that is. I already have a bunch of silver screws so I’ll probably stick with them for the time being but I for sure appreciate the info (y)

This is my personal project that I shelved a looonnnggg time ago. But now that I can create my own CAD designs it’s back on. It’s still a work in progress and I need to tweak a few things. Also trying to finish a Stembridge and that GK. But so far so good! It’s really coming along nicely. Obviously I’m biased but that’s part of the fun of this obsession..
