So great to see a Gummy Handlink so close to being finished.

With so many tiles to cement together, a jig is the only solution to prevent misaligned blocks. Making a 4 layer jig is simple on the laser. I'm going to ad 2 more layers to make it account for the 6mm distance between the 12 and 6mm blocks as well as a base layer. My plan is to make 12 jigs in total so the production is speedy.
Update on V2 of the PCB. Morgan spent so much time getting this to where it is now. Only a few more things to do.
Well it seems all the parts fit. I put this together with just a solid block of acrylic as the body, just to see how it all looks.
Soon the PCB will be done, and I can begin assembling the final version.

Thanks guys. I found a few ways not to glue, so that's the important thing. Always learning in this hobby
The PCB is almost done. I made 4 static handlinks so far to hone my assembly process. The curse on this prop will be lifted shortly.
