Just got back from watching this, and I loved it.

I'm hoping that someone can help me. In the section where

Alita is following Dr Ido, as he is tracking the girl, in the hopes of tracking the bounties he's looking for

on a wall there is an advertising poster for a brand of cigarellos that have a French Bulldog(?) as their emblem.

Does anyone have a hi-res copy of this?
