Aliens seiko giugiaro 7A28-7000 Wrist band help

got the reissued version of the ripley watch but having way to much trouble adjusting the links on this band,managed to get a couple out but took forever and im in pain and a little to weak to remove a couple more LOL anyone else know better ways?.ive tried different flat screwdrivers and the point of a nail filer from a nail clipper

Ouch!!!
I dimly remember mine needing the same, but not what was used to do it. Probably the very smallest jeweller's screwdriver in the pack. You just put it into the hole at an angle and push it downwards to get the little domed part through the split opening. Then just pull it out with some small pliers and you're done.
