I posted links to the supplier I found for the "type 2" pallet but that post is waiting for a moderator (I guess because of the hyperlink) I've been doing some other searching and found an interesting alternative... its a manufacturer called "thruflow" they do decking for marina's and lofts and walkways... Available in Aus and USA from what I've seen but limited in the UK

Total newb here but I thought this may be of some interest. I have made a small discovery on the floor tiles used in the Sulaco cargo bay. This photo is of an original screen used 1:1 recently up for sale. If you zoom in you may notice some wording which says. VALIO.You may or may not know Valio is a milk supplier which implies to me that these tiles a nothing more than cut down milk crates.

I found these- http://www.amazon.com/Kwik-Floor-Grade-Decking-System/dp/B001MTRC72/ref=pd_sim_sbs_60_8?ie=UTF8&dpID=51RIZDv6DqL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&refRID=0B8S0MCSA2HE46777PEP

I have been researching floor application options for conventions. This thread has been a great resource. One of our local printers offered this vinyl decal to test. Other than the fact I had no clue how to apply a vinyl decal, for a 10 dollar throw away item that is 24"x52", this was not a bad deal.

As most conventions are rather picky about adhesive applications, options are very limited.

What about applying it foam floor mats, or get the cheapest 24"x52" piece of flooring you can bet and apply it to that?

I am researching options. Current piece as pictured is 10usd, is single use, and leaves no residual residue once removed.

The problem is a lot of venues are very picky about floor applications. Plus i have to accommodate for the ADA, and loose/unstable footing some costumes create.

Yes. Too expensive.

I'd being willing to entertain getting just the top 2
inches injection molded.
