Aliens (1986) Production Alien Queen components

Anybody have any more info on these pieces that sold at Propstore? Me and 2 other collectors pooled our money together to get these, and we wonder what happened to the larger Alien queen puppet for it to be in pieces. Awesome to be able to own pieces of it, but it is a bit sad to see what happened to it

Also, we have a question about the gloves... were those used by the performers inside the Queen suit?

The listing at Propstore doesn't state the pieces are screen used.

It states "this lot consists of 20 polyfoam components for a xenomorph Queen suit, a black glove, and two swatches of black fabric". The "a xenomorph Queen" is not the same at "The" one.

I would assume these are production made backup pieces or at best pieces of one of the costumes made.
