Aliens 1:3 scale prop idea

Now that Arnie is just about done (should be baking him this weekend) I started thinking about what I will be doing next and I fancy a none human piece.

I've always loved this photo




but it is obviously not a typical Alien pose, so I thought it might be cool to make it as you see it there, a scale model of the puppet waiting to be used with the elbow rods, and the tubes coming out of the torso. I thought it was a bit more unusual and tbh I can't face having to sculpt the legs and especially the tail :lol

My question is, does anyone know/have pictures of what the tubes/cables are and what they lead to? I could have them just leading off the edge of the base, but I'd like to make them as accurate as I can, if possible.

Im guessing the tubes are for the Alien slime that always flows when they open their mouths.

Maybe you could do a tophat and a cane for him as well

It'd be cool to wrap the cables around the base and have a little bit of a slack/roll of them on the base before connecting to the controller. Something like this:

I'd LOVE to see this tackled in this scale!

That's a cool idea for a sculpt. Just too large a scale for me (I'm a 1:6 scale kinda guy), though looking forward to your progress.
