Alien Nostromo Flashlights

Wait, what?

Is there a kit for these now? Or files?

Looking at the print a few posts back, it appears to me that the lens flange is too narrow on the print compared to the yellow prop- it should be a bit wider (maybe .100") and the lens slightly smaller.

I didn't watch Adam's video, but does he have a "red head"?

I think I'd be happy with either. The yellow one could be fed a pile of 123 batteries to get quite a bit of voltage for it. And I'd like the halogen replacement bulb that's LED for mine. And a clearer lens... But right now I'd just like to have something!

Yep, Adam has a "red head"...he hasn't chimed about it, so we're on a wait & see position;)

Maybe he'll scan it so we can print them. I haven't found another (in any color) searching all sorts of ways...

I see that it has three contacts, and searching for halogen cinema lights I see that there are many Italian manufacturers and....... the Italian type L plug has three contacts :D

I'm not sure the one attached to the torch would be standard for a Redhead lamp, more likely to be a standard 3-pin wall plug. However, for reference the flat 2 and 3-pin connector is still widely used here in the UK and is categorised as a garden cable connector.

I was at Home Depot the other day and saw a Milwaukee cordless work light that would be a great base for a build I thought.
