where are you getting the 15" clear domes from?

The required font for the name tag is Pump Demi

Obviously, these are all the same except the name plate but I think Lambert's has the bottom plate missing;

So, progress is slow as I am waiting for the lights from china to arrive. I've finished everything else and will fit the inner panels when I get them.
And of course, I had to make a white one, just coz Ripley is so hot

I am going to be printing out the headlamp because that is a part I don't have, and I like the way your light looks.

OK, so a bit more progress now that the lights have finally arrived...sorry they're a bit blown out. The power (12v) for the all the helmet lights is fed via the curly wire at the back and plugs into the backpack where the battery is housed

It's a pain, but u have to keep the dome covered until all the work is done

Also got the lights in the backpack, Just the stickers and the straps to do

And nearly finished the 'Ripley' helmet
