Alien Encounters - 25 Years of Aliens

Hi all

Just thought I would post this here as I'm sure many of you will be interested. We will be holding an event at the National Space Centre, Leicester, UK in September this year to mark the 25th Anniversary of Aliens. Attached is the first teaser poster for the show.

More details will be announced as they come in.

As well as the guests listed on the poster the show will include the famous Harry Harris Aliens Collection and Archive
Terry English (Armour creator on Aliens and many other movies) should have a display there.
The "Alien Encounter" live action experience will be there also.

A promo video should be done some tie in he next week or two and I'll be sure to post a link once its available.

Just bumping this up, it's this weekend!

National Space Centre Online - ALIENS ANNIVERSARY

Hi All,

This coming weekend there is a fantastic event at the Leicester Space Centre, if you are a fan of the movies you won't want to miss it.

There will be exhibitions of screen used props and costumes, actors from the movie giving talks and signing autographs.

Terry English (Excalibur, Aliens, Batman) will be giving presentations and an armour making demo.

There will be several panels, movies and discussions being held all weekend.
Costumed characters and a themed 'haunted house' style walkthrough experience, not to mention the great backdrop of the space centre itself all add up to a brilliant way to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Aliens.

I'm part of it and hopefully see you there. :thumbsup

I could only make the Sunday but loved every minute of it. plenty to see and the Alien Encounter was fun. The Q&A with the cast was really interesting. Another one planned for 30 years of aliens??
