Hey guys,
Recently, I have started a commission to build a realistic door knob from Disney's animated Alice in Wonderland movie.
First, I made a quick and simple 3d model for pepakura.
Next, I pepped and fiberglassed it.
Then, I had a couple sanding sessions after applying bondo and glazing putty as necessary.
Primered with filler primer.
Finally, got a first coat sprayed on.
Now, I have to make the knob and eye attachments before preparing the silicone mold. I'm pleased with how it's coming along since I'm only two days into the build. I'll probably have it finished in a couple days at this rate.
