ADVICE - Professor Pyg (Gotham)

Hey guys, I'm new here and looking for a bit of help. I'm looking to cosplay Professor Pyg from Gotham this year, and I have noooooo idea even where to start on his mask. I've tried finding something similar that I can alter, but no such luck. I've had someone recommend Crayola Model Magic Clay, but I'm looking to make or have made more durable.

Any ideas?
