advice on attaching doj emblem to sub dye bodysuit

Is glue recommended? If so what kind? I want to be sure not to ruin my suit so how do I keep the glue from going through the fabric? Suit is spandex/lyrca I believe.

Locktite glue works. Make sure you stretch it while you do it. Preferably wear it and put it on. Yes it will go through. Use Saran Wrap on your chest
