Advice for visor material Darth Revan mask in Canada

Hi,
I have printed a few Revan masks but up until this point I’ve never actually added the visor.

I’m located in Toronto Ontario Canada.

I don’t want to spend a lot of money and wondering what material might be available that won’t be hit with crazy shipping rates and customs costs.
Any advise would be welcome.

Thanks,

- Mark

I got a few tinted visors at Princess Auto but they are hard to find. They aren't advertised online. But they do carry the clear ones. You can use those and a roll of auto window tint. Amazon carries the Hobart face shields but the cheapest they go for is 20 bucks each which is over three times the price they should be.

Got these for a Darth Revan mask kit I'm putting together for my son for Christmas:

They are thin enough to cut to the size you need for your mask.

This seems like a great option but if it doesn't work out and you are willing to do the clear w/ window tint, I have several clear 8.5"×11" & 12"x12" sheets from when I was making COVID face shields from earlier in the year. I think some are even .30 polycarbonate but would need to confirm. Just let me know if it could help out.

I might have a lead on some materials, but if that falls through I might get in touch.
