I saw him a bunch of times at book-launch parties in NYC. He'd show up uninvited, drink and eat his fill, and leave. Everyone recognized him so it was, "Oh, look, it's that guy. What's his name? You know, he's in those commercials. He's got that funny laugh." Cracked me up.
 
"Live and Let Die" was the first Bond I saw in a theatre. He stole the film out from under Roger Moore. One of the more colorful and memorable Bond villians. RIP Mr. Holder.
 
It's also unfair that neither bond villain got to do a lengthy monologue before they left us. RIP Good Sirs.
