Acquired an interesting prosthesis

So I bought a small collection from a supposed effects artist, and this was included. It looks to be unused production made, but to what I don't know.
I also got some vintage masks, an animatronic bat creature head, and several molds.
Apparently the artists name is Tara Enslow and she is the owner of Blood Moon FX Lab
