Since becoming a member of the staff, I have been absolutely amazed at how much correspondence we get on a day to day basis from the membership. Needs, suggestions, concerns; it can get a bit overwhelming at times and as a staff member you can begin to feel stretched a bit thin.
With that in mind I want to thank those of you who watch this forum and field member questions for us or offer up solutions when a member posts a suggestion or concern. There are a small number of you who do it on a pretty consistent basis and it REALLY makes our job easier and takes a bit of the load off our shoulders.... not only that, but you often have some really good suggestions!
In addition to simply being helpful, by having members answer other members questions a vibe of community is created where the old stigma of us vs them (staff vs members) begins to melt away and the membership begins to see this as one big community in which we are all trying to help one another and all doing our part to make this site great!
To all of you who have helped out or will help out in the future, you have our sincere thanks and admiration.
