... OK. Zero miles for the past 30 years. Its not the years, its the mileage.
Maybe it was the acidic fumes from his armor melting that scared his face?
Neil, if you're reading this, please, please, PLEASE give me the ALIENS sequel I've longed for since 1986.
I need to see Newt kicking monsters' asses all over space.
And that pic of alien-cosplay Ripley better be a joke, 'cause that's the dumbest thing I think I've ever seen.
Read "Horror Show." It makes more sense in context. Some of the early Dark Horse stuff is pretty good. (Aliens: Book 1, for example, even if it's been retconned, also Labyrinth, etc.)
I read the Dark Horse comics when they came out, but that was a LOOOONG time ago.
I do recall Ripley, Hicks, and Newt (she was 14 in the comics, iirc?) were together and doing stuff...
You're referring to a story where someone (Ripley?) camouflaged herself with alien bits?
(which I wouldn't have a problem with, except: acid for blood??)
That comp looks waaaay too put-together and perfect to be a hasty camo job.
Looks like more Ridley/Clone/Hybrid crap, which I've always thought was - well, just plain stupid.
I hope this is a movie I'll like, and not just another "Well, there's another movie to ignore for the rest of my life".

Doesnt' look too bad. Then again they could always claim that in addition to acid, the blood contained microbes that basically acted like a flesh-eating virus and kept breakin his skin down... or whatever.
But let's be frank. NB most likely just did the exaggerated facial damage because he thought it looked cool, which is normally fine. I'm just a tad worried that the film might end up being a little too heavy on style.
For example, the Syd Mead's Blade Runner Dekkard's blaster, which is drastically different than the design they went with for the film).
(which I wouldn't have a problem with, except: acid for blood??)
I want this film to feel like, like it is literally the genetic sibling of Aliens. So it's "Alien," "Aliens," this movie.
Like they clearly show in the films their blood doesn't stay acidic for very long
Didn't it burn through at least 3 decks in ALIEN?
Didn't it burn through at least 3 decks in ALIEN?
2 decks, it stopped at the third.
