But it´s even nicer to get another Hensoldt, additional. And i stumbled over one the last week, today it was delivered. And as the first one it is in a sweeeeet condition, too. :love

It has diagonal knurling on both rings:

And it has the numbers on top of the rings:

A little bit of pitting, really only a little bit:

And a crystal sharp crosshair:

2 third of a hattrick are done (the above is a resin one as a placeholder)

I´m not sure what i will do. First i have to try to find out what the perfect Hensoldt has to look like (rear end, knurling, numbers, plate with 2 screws on top of the disc, ...)

After that i will decide if i give it to a gunsmith to removing the clamps and re-blueing, keep it for the fun of having a spare, or offer it for trades, or whatever.

It´s in a much to good shape to give it a try to make it by myself, better let´s handle the sweety at a specialist.
