Got this PM on march 30th.

what kits did you pay for I am sorry I don't remember.

I refered him to this thread, but in his usual fashion nothing has come of it.

His song thus far have been, that he would get us the money at the 1st of next month. Several 1st's have come and gone. And still the same thing happens... nothing.

If he can't pay us back or send the kits he owes us, he must start selling some of his own stuff that may have some value. I recently saw that he was building a studioscale BSG viper. That could bring in some cash perhaps...

But I believe that his promises is as hollow as my faith in him.

in retro (reading post #31), i shoulda asked for the money and sent it to you guys in Denmark, then not sent him the kit. lol

really hope you guys get some kinda resolution out of this.

may I ask which city,state he's in, so we may keep an eye out for him? if he's a collector, he likely hits the model/swap shows...and a little confrontation in front of his peers may get him to straighten up.

Could he please be kicked of the forum? I don't believe he'll ever pay up. And his history shows that his pants must be on fire 24/7.

I am still owed one Sonic Screwdriver as well.
It has been a few years and no replies....glad I ran accross this thread.
Charlie even had pics of the props that were almost done at one time.

I just want my prop....the money is not as important after 3-4 years.

The guy should be banned is my vote. I know he was kicked off of propfxs.
Mr. Anderson, if you want to send the sonic in question please PM as I have moved since I ordered my prop.
Boatbuilder1 was the first guy to rip me off on this prop. Matt White was the second.

You do realize that if we ban him it'll be an excuse not to deliver on anything he might actually intend to deliver. He's already banned from making any new offers to buy or sell and is watched so closely by members of both our community and the IT community that any account he opens anywhere will be made available to us to continue to pressure him to make good on what he owes...eventually.

I just want the prop I paid him for all those years ago.

Wish he would have sent the cash back or the unfinished pieces for me to finish ....but then we rarely get what we wish for in life.

I hope he makes good for all of us.

Yes, but for me it has been nearly 3 years of him not doing what he was supposed to. As I see it it has only been lie upon lie. No reason to let him stay.

I don't think he will ever give any of us what he owes, neither money nor any items.

And I don't think he ever intended to do so in the first place.
