A Cool Pred Bladed Weapon

Happened to be in a Halloween store yesterday and saw this:

These are spring-loaded plastic blades that snap open simultaneously at the push of a button. They're sold as "Ninja Blades". They're not even remotely ninja-like, but they do look really Predatoresque.

Yeah, looks like something used for a P2 - none the less that an awesome looking weapon. Maybe the tech involved in the spring-loaded blades could be used in make a spring-loaded shruiken or pred gauntlet blades.
