Given the current story line on The Big Bang Theory television show, I would love to see the CBS store or someone make this:

I just ordered two from the bay. I'll post pics of the actual thing when it arrives. I'm hoping it's good quality.

It'll go nicely with my Apollo & shuttle patches (got them back when the Nasa research center in Cleveland used to have a visitor's center.)


Curious if there will be enough interest for CBS to sell the patch on their site.

Received mine today. Both very nice from the Intergalactic trading Co. The flash hides the metallic thread but mine looked just as nice as the one pictured above, better than the eBay photo. Well worth getting.

I was getting some NASA mission specialist name patches made up for a film project and I couldn't resist having what's probably the only screen-accurate copy out there:

I can re-create his mission jacket right now, as he used a standard Alpha Industries shuttle jacket, they even used the same oversized NASA patch that comes with it. The only reason I don't make a copy of his jacket is that his jacket is probably a medium size, if that. I'm not 100% sure what I'll be doing with the nameplate but it's nice to have...

I was referring to the mission specialist wings, not the mission patch.
