.625 blue acrylic rods?

Been trying to find some translucent blue (2424) acrylic rods. I actually only need a foot. The caveat is that I am making a tutorial for this little prop and want others to be able to purchase sections as well. I would like to find one shipped for under 30 that's generally available, even if its 6 feet of it. I was hoping to find extruded but even cast would be OK. Just not having much luck.

I have checked a lot of sites that have large minimums with equally hefty under minimum surcharges. Or all they can get me is .500 which will not work.

Anyone have leads that fit my needs?

I have no leads but have you thought of making them yourself? I think you could find PVC with the inner diameter you need for a mold then you just have to get and color some Clear Resin, poor, and Whalla! Of course I could just be off my rocker. :wacko

I've never seen colored rod in anything but standard sizes, 1/2in, 1in, etc. Can you paint clear rod with clear blue paint? If so try here NEW CLEAR ACRYLIC ROUND RODS 5/8" dia 6 FT PLASTIC 72", I've ordered from them before, great prices. $13.48 shipped for 6ft.

Yeah, only half inch.

Apparently there is a manufacturer in Canada. Kmacs has it, but I would have to 54 feet or it. LOL.
