New to the legion costume CRLs aren't established until a person fabricates the costume, along with a draft CRL and is judged by the legion membership officers.
If you're planning to build this particular suit, I'd get in contact with either the FISD detachment OR spec ops, cause frankly, I don't know which detachment this would fall under. I don't know anything about the character

Where are you at with it? Any WIP pictures? Looks like it's foam armour, are you doing that?
