I found a model Scifi 3d (link) that got me tempted to try and use 3d printing to help produce a life size Yoda replica. The model has a neutral face position so it could be rigged for animation. I'm going to take advantage of this and 'hopefully' make a model of my fixed up 3d print to cast a silicone version of the head.

This is the original model's head after I pulled it off the mesh.

Here is what I've been doing in ZBrush. I'm shooting for an ESB Yoda so I'm slowly going through and tweaking the details to be more accurate.
Primary areas I know still need work are the bags around his eyes (I just can't get them right darn it) and his seems to be pulled forward too much.
Opinions? Am I going the right direction? Or am I just messing up an already good model?
