3D print advice? First time 3D printing

So I downloaded files for a helmet from thingiverse to print, and want to print them on 3d hubs and I'm getting a warnings about intersecting faces, intricate details issues, and non-manifold edges detected. Is this stuff I can ignore and will print fine? Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you have the means (modeling program) to open (view) the .stl of Part_6.stl ?
Maybe you can open it and ungroup it to see the issues?
Maybe some of the "details" are to fine for the slicer to interpret well.
What Helmet is this?
Is is the Synth Field Helmet (Fallout 4)?

Download Ultimaker Cura, set up a generic printer like a Creality 10 and import the STL into Cura, and see what it looks like when you prepare the G-Code. No printer required. Examine object in Layer mode as well as X-Ray mode.

That's the one. I have blender and meshmixer, but I don't really know what I'm doing.

I see that it is a part from the Synth Field Helmet (Fallout 4).
I looked at it in my slicer "layer by layer" and in my modeling program and I don't see an issue.

It looks like it was created all in one piece and not grouped.
I wonder if the yellowing of the part in the image is the 18% issue?

I see part _12 is the other side and does it have the same issue?

Ya I'm pretty sure its highlighting the intricate details. Its the same thing on the other side. I'm not too worried about that if its fixable with bondo and sanding or whatever after the fact. As long as it will print something usable and has no major errors I'll be happy.
