hello, I know that as a prop is not very trendy, but I love this movie, and I wanted to make the Leonida's Helmet to be included in my personal collection.

Here are some photos:

I would like some advice to make the effect bronze. Not for the painting but to realize those little holes you see on the helmet

Possibly you could just mix your bondo with an incredible amount of air in it, and use a small drill bit or dremel to extend the ones you want, and spot putty to cover those you don't?

I really want this BAAAAD!
I got some files but they are all card pep files. I want to make this out of foam

Not a good idea as that can cause cracks or failure in the bondo. I would say to just manually try to sculpt into the bondo or use hammered style paint, check the rustoleum line as it looks very nice. Or hell do a combo of both, sculpt some bigger hammer marks and let the paint do the rest.

I don't think so sir, he has already done some solid bondo coats(by the looks of it anyway). Your hammer paint idea is the better one though. Just comes down to cost.
