2014 Ghost Rider mask

So i was curious to see if I could do this with foam or not. I figured, why not, seems fun. Still in work of course but let me know what you think. Thanks for looking

I tried to do a Jack O' Lantern from Spider-Man once. I just bought some red cheap rubber maid containers and cut out a bunch flame shapes and glued them together. Super ghetto technique but it looked really good.

Sweet. Love the new comic. Spent quite a while looking to see if anyone made a mask yet. Besides yours I've only seen one other.

I like trying to do new things that havent been done. King of kittens, thank you for the info. I want to have the flames coming from the head vents and the mouth. Not much done yesterday, fixing up a free workbench. I am going to try and finish the main parts today. Here is a new pic. Glad that the foam is rounding out for me. Ive never made a mask in foam before. Thanks for looking and for the encouragement

All righty, he is ready for latex and plastidip! Im pretty happy with this considering this was a quick "lets see if I can do it" project. Think Im going to go with a white face like in the book since its not a traditional skull. Any who, let me know what you guys think and how you think I can make it better. As always, thanks for looking.

Got some color on the mask and started working on the flames. I want them to flow nicely, but still seem like it moves its own way like fire. I am using king of kittens idea with semi translucent plastic bowls to make the flames. I am also going to add some L wire LEDs under to make them glow. I also want to add LEDs to the eyes as well. Anyway, more to come soon. Thanks for looking and as always to feel free to let me know how you think I could make it better.

Got some of flames added and Im really happy with it. I wanted to give it a little more so I glued some le wire under the flames. You can see th wire a little more then i had hoped, but im still pretty happy. Let me know what you all think and thanks for looking.

So I know this took me too long, but the mask is all done. I will add LEDs to the eyes eventually, but not right now. Thanks for all the kind words, and I hope you like the final product as much as I do.
