They work for me. They take you to a YouTube video that talks about them with a link to the video by themselves placed in the description.

It is, and I don't know why it does that. But if you click on Stay on Site (or whatever the first option is) it takes you to Tiwtter. The other option takes you to YouTube where you can watch a video discussing the shorts.
