2 questions: where to buy perma wet and how can i install LEDs in the Rubies Berserker mask?

Where in Socal are you? ...there are many FX supply houses that sell alternatives to permawet. V-Gloss is basically the same thing ..a shiny sealer..sold at Nigels in North Hollywood. Maybe be a bit more specific with the card board question ..what exactly are you trying to do? there might be other solutions. As for the LED question ..anywhere you can drill a hole, you can probably install lights. Ask Predtrhuntr if he has any LED kits left ...

i'll try to buy buy LEDs sooner or later. as for ur question for what im going to do w/the perma-wet, i'm trying to seal my black paint job on my armor so the paint won't get scratched or chipped off.

Perma-Wet is mainly used to protect flexible latex masks. It's designed to flex with the latex. Since you're working with cardboard and/or foamies, you don't need Perma-Wet. I'd recommend using some kind of polyurethane craft varnish instead. That should probably be adequate for painted cardboard, and you can find it at a local craft store.
