I just started researching this item and am tired of looking through respirators. I found one that might be close minus the filters. I knew you guys would have great input on it. Here are some screen captures from screenmusings: ( I couldn't put the two images in for some reason , so here's the page link to the captures )

The notes, ribbons and box are straight forward . This mask below has the similar " teardrop" part it looks like. If you can visualize it without all the black pieces it looks similar . this mask , a Secura 2000 , is a miner respirator . The company is out of Poland . I am not sure if I could find it here in the USA.
