Did ya check out the one at the propstore...very cool gun. Anyone make their own ? I have got to re-watch the movie again, it's been too long.

Love this movie and these props! There is a member here that has the best Flash Gordon prop collection.

Stand up and be counted...

Alright... you asked for it. The single greatest Flash Gordon item ever. Please note... it is fully "Flame Retarded" :lol

In all seriousness, Rocketbobs definitely has the ultimate screen used Flash collection... I've managed to build up a semi-decent one as well (at least I think so). Apologies as I just pulled most of it out of boxes and haven't put together my cases yet. I'm in the midst of setting up my tiny prop room until I can get the basement finished. :)

Dwarf helmet and mask, Hawkman helmet, grenade and wrist guards...
Arborian cups and Treeman knife.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's an amazing collection, I doubt there are many pieces left in the world so those must be extremely rare!

Heres a geek fact for the Flash Gordon fans- Deep Roy, who is the small actor who played the Princess's 'pet' in one or two scenes, as well as the Oompa Loompas in Tim Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate factory, also played 'Droopy McCool', the blue guy in Jabbas Band, ROTJ.
;-)

Didn't realize the red guard helmet's facemask looked so samurai....

I think that helmet/facemask is from the little dwarflike people from the "football" scene. He was one of the characters that poked one of the guards with his sword.

You're right Brad, it is one of their helmets. The red helmets are seen during the wedding and the end of the movie. Another intersting fact is that most of the dwarfs were played by the guys from Time Bandits... including Kenny Baker :)

And thanks again for the compliments guys! I can't wait to get it all displayed properly.
