Adam, I will need to re-take another set of measurements - Based on your size chart, I'm surprised to learn that I would probably need an ivory in 3XL. I've never worn (and currently do not wear) 3XL.

ALIEN Nostromo Crew Shirt - Very Accurate Replica
I am in the process of making myself and a few friends some very accurate copies of the buttoned down shirts the crew of the Nostromo wear. It would be a shame not to offer this out and see if anyone else would be interested.

Some details that will set this run apart:
I have been very fortunate to receive indirect access to the original screen used garment that is part of Bob Burns's collection, Thanks to the very generous assistance of Mr Steve Laboyteaux stephen210. This includes accurate measurements of all the elements of this shirt, fabric type and the best estimate, so far, of the original color of the fabric when It was new.

• Design: This is an extremely accurate copy of the design produced for the film. Shirt pattern, elements and dimensions are all almost 1:1. All based on measurements done on the screen used garment.
• Buttons: Custom made, never before reproduced, copies of John Mollo’s spring snap button design in brass and a yellow golden finish. Photos and video below...
• Fabric: 100% linen, Medium weight. Very close to the same type of linen used in production.
• Color:
  • Seafoam Blue for Ash.
  • Ivory off-white for the rest of the crew.
• Piping: Very close to the original piping cord material used in production, off-pink Rayon.
• Wings:
  • Dallas and Kane: Gold and Silver bullion, extremely accurate design. (I make these separately over the past few months)
  • Ash, Ripley And Parker: Blue embroidered wings.
• Elements:
  • Pen loops
  • Name tag space
  • Full round ended epaulettes
  • Arm pocket.
  • Custom made copies of John Mollo’s spring snap button design in yellow gold.
  • One Nostromo Shoulder patch.

$180-250 per piece, if there is significant interest that would justify out sourcing some elements of the production, the price could go even lower.

I'm interested in one or two fo these shirts based on the final price...A white one for sure and possibly a Seafoam blue. When do you need a final count? Both would be 2XL.

I don't have a hard deadline. Still have many details to hash out, mainly managing a large run like this, fabric, patters, sizes and proportions.
