I have three production versions pre-ordered from different sources.
Two for friends, one for me.
Hoping I am in one of the lucky first allotment groups for at least one of them.

Then the wait for the elite and super elite begins.

Watched the video. It was an unpleasant reminder of what a Holy Bat-pain in the ass it is to actually get these kinds of cars out of the box and off their bases. But I loved this car when I was a kid... who didn't? A must have...

Really neat video. I wish he was a bit more specific about the accuracy issues, though. Like, what color should one repaint the rear window grills? I guess the intended audience is the folks who are more Batmobile-steeped than I am.

I'm gonna keep an eye out at MegaCon for this...maybe even the deluxe.

Got my delivery today from 1stopdiecast.
Lots of pictures out there now of this.
But this is my Batmobile. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Not perfect, but it will hold me over fine until the elites start coming out.

I actually got out my detailer spray and microfiber cloth I use on my Vette to polish her up. LOL

Wow, that looks great. I saw one at Toys R Us with my son about three weeks ago and thought "okay, well they are out, have to get one when I have some money..." I didn't know which ediotion it was and figured, since it was there, it must be some lowbrow version, but it till looked good.
Haven't seen one since (have been back there about 12 times since!)


Maybe I can grab one when the elite edition comes out and people dump this version cheap... (he adds, hopefully)
