15 years old, how do i get a spiderman suit? Help!!!

Ok so I've been reading A LOT of these posts about people ordering Tasm 2 spider-man suits and getting them sewn and I am just extremely overwhelmed with all of the things you're supposed to do. So please, could someone kindly walk me through exactly step by step on what im supposed to do in order to purchase one of these suits. The file I'm interested in is the New kenlandrum file. How do I get it? :confused and how do I get it sewn?

The file is available to download in his thread. To have it printed, you send the file to a service like Fabric On Demand. They print it and ship it to you, then you have it sewn
