15 new canon things learned in the new "Ashoka" novel

I a few things in there are pretty corny. Sith using "bleeding" lightsaber crystals, the Force being silent. They are taking a line from the Prequels when Mace tells Yoda (I think, maybe the other way around) that they are losing their ability to use the Force to a level I'm not sure it was supposed to go to. The way I took that line is that Mace meant their ability to use the Force, as far as seeing the future and predicting outcomes, is clouded. Obi Wan had little trouble using the Force in his battle with Anakin. I don't think even the Sith can completely stop a Jedi from accessing the Force. Cutting off a specific person, maybe, but not access. As for the crystals, well I think the old EU explanation of the Sith using synthetic crystals is a lot better.

Like Lucas or not, this is the problem that will pop up because he's not there to answer questions about the universe. As far as balance of the Force, you can see on here how people argue about what that means even when Lucas said what it means.

i was watching youtube videos last night on ashoka. i personally like the darksider user tainting the jedi crystal and turning it red. it may be a part of their training. i also liked the show down on mandolore.

i have watched a lot of videos, but haven't found the book yet. i was looking at the audibles because i keep seeing it everywhere. its wicked expensive, looks like 15 bucks a month for the app and 30 bucks for the audio file.. crazy. ill do it the old fashion way and buy the book and read it
