1/24 MKII Viper Bases

Hello everyone,

With the help of Coby Lorang's (Cobywan) graphic skills, I am now producing a beautiful acrylic base with the BSG emblem on it. These bases are designed to fit right on your existing Frank/Moe 1/24 Viper Kit base in place of the resin Phoenix if you decide you like this direction.

The bases are laser cut at nearly 7" in diameter, with a 7/16 hole that aligns with the existing hole. The graphics are printed at 1440 DPI on dual layer VINYL (black and gold). There is no paint, so it won't scratch off. I will also have some available with no holes drilled in it for display as a plaque.

I have a very LIMITED quantity of these available, and they will begin shipping May 13th.

If you are interested, please send an email to squaremodels@yahoo.com and you will be put on the list, it'll be first come, first serve.

Images of the prototype are here:

I'll have a page up on the website in a couple weeks with better pics before I take any orders.

Initial price is set at $30 plus shipping (I expect this to go up to $35 on the next run).

Thanks,
-Sean

RIGHT. :eek They will be.

Should I get started on a Pegasus version for you. :) That would make a great option for the MKVII when it comes out.

Great solution to the paint problem.

If the interest is out there, definitely. It's now a pretty easy process, though my costs are a bit high in small volumes (as you may know).

I'll be in touch Coby.
