1:18 Scale Blues Brothers Figures ?????

Looking to find some 1:18 scale figures of pedestrians that can be modified to look like the BLUES BROTHERS so I can have figures to set out near my 1:18 scale BLUESMOBILE that was just released.

Does anybody have any advice on where I might find 1/18 scale figures of office guys or pedestrains that I could easily modify to look like Blues Brothers? They wore black suit coat and had black porkpie hats. I could sculpt the hats and perhaps the clothes to an extent, but I need a base figure to work from.

I spent about 15 minutes searching on internet, but all I could find were military figures in this scale and they would take too much work to convert.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

The "Godfather" 1:18 1940 Cadillac Fleetwod
and the "Scarface" Yellow Caddy both come w/ 1:18 figures
(and all of them are wearing suits)
