Hello, as the subject indicates, I am in need of some serious help with this kit - or more directly - ONE part from the kit. This is the place to ask questions about studio scale models and the parts used so here goes.
The part in question is the beauty ring for the wheels - they are chrome rings and there are 5 in each kit. I have no idea if the rear are different from the front but would assume nothing at this point as I have only seen them at Studioscale.com in the kit scans area LINK TO SCAN OF PARTS IN QUESTION
Now I know that these kits were largely used to build some of the original Studio Models for SW but don't know if these actual parts were used. I am in need of ONE of these parts to complete the licensed Re-Mastering of a prop made originally at ILM in the 80's and I suspect that this piece was used on the Master.
Can anybody help.???? :cry
