1-1000 scale Romulan Bird of Prey from scratch

I started this project in early december. Unfortunatly all projects had to be put on hold because I had to re-build my truck after hitting a tree :facepalm Now I can finally get back to modeling. The main body is from a solid block of pine. The wings are from the sides of clementine boxes.

Looks great so far, very nice wood working there.

It was difficult holding the wing on for an hour while the epoxy dried, but it was worth it. Maybe I'll do the other one soon.

Just a suggestion, but maybe next time, try drilling somr small alignment holes and use coat hanger wire to set them with 5 min epoxy.
