I have the receiver and rail blueprints at home rolled up along with the M79 receiver that i had printed out many years ago. I use to have an 80% receiver many years back but sold it. Probably have the Army Tech manual too. I can give you any measurements off the blueprints.. Not sure how easy...
If you didnt already i would check the battery to see if its any good or corrosion. The set button is how you set it so maybe the watch is shutting off when pushed on that side from intermittent contact or the batt is low and doesnt have enough juice to enter program mode. Im guessing but if it...
Have you held the lower right side button down for a few seconds? Says SET so i would assume a long push until something flashes. Thats how most watches of that era worked.
You need US State Dept permission / approval to export any night vision / gun parts outside the US. That even means a rubber eye guard or battery tray. Federal offense to do so.
Ya i need to get back on it. I think i only need to machine a stop for it for when it goes up and figure out the switch . I want to use a switch like the original instead of the magnet/reed switch that came with the kit.
Originals used Superior #46-2050B replacement seatbelts modified to fit. BUT there are at least 2 diffenent 46-2050's. I got these 3 many years ago and 2 are incorrect and too big. It needs to be the long truck stlye to get the smaller reel from what i can tell.
Really? They couldnt source some standard carbon and fireproof resistors and 2 diodes? Even the relay contact wouldnt be that much effort to make look semi real.
