There is not detail on the waist of the sweater, look at your pictures you lightened. The sweater is just folded up a bit exposing the back. Also to throw another wrench, the blue bomber in your photos there are more then one. The zipper on most is on the European side, but in the photo of him...

I think the Brunello is modified just like the Varvatos jacket. Look how on cruise it kind of rides up in the back, I’m thinking the cinch was removed to make it less of a blouson. The jumper sweater in Kashmir is most likely a n. Peal mockneck jumper in cashmere from Scotland.

I think it’s a Brunello cucinelli piece , if you search Ryan Reynolds Rome promoting Deadpool 2 I think he’s wearing something nearly identical. Brunello stuff is very expensive but most details match up.
