well if you can sculpt your design in clay you can make a mold (plaster would work well for the mold) and melt plastic down and cast it. it is not easy but its one way that i have been trying for other things. there are lots of ways to but somthing for airsoft will be a bit more difficult but...

well, you just contridicted your self you said that you want to buy a GOOD predator mask for UNDER $70. hahaha... you crack me up. no such thing exists. but i am sure you can find some nice $50 recasted masks on ebay that are not worth $5 .

ok... update sort of the pics look bad. the sculpt looks ok...not really...ish. i like it but i think it needs a ton of work.

in most cases preds tend to be 7 feet tall and aliens when standing up seem to be about 9 feet tall. so you just need to scale that down to work with you and your dad's heights.
