These may give you a good start: --- The Portal Exhibit | Surveillance Camera --- And if you go for the paper craft, I'd honestly try using cardstock and then paint very thick coats of resin which you can then sand down smooth. This would not give you the most realistic approach...

You guys definitely took a great deal of craftsmanship to this project, it looks insanely awesome!!! Kudos! as a side note, I have cosplayed as claire before and i was curious if you made the vest all yourself from a pattern or if you modded the vest, or bought it somewhere. I spent forever...

@Vegabond: How would you make it movable so someone could move their arms in it? I only know how I would cast and then it wouldn't be something anyone could move around in. So I assume pep would not be the best way to do it then. Got it! Thanks a mil!

Does anyone think that this would work well? Since there is a lot of bending in it and all I wasn't sure, it would have to be modded similar to mech suits made in pep....if anyone could get the pep file I would really love to give it a go!
