You guys are right, I shouldn't focus on my actual weight. Right now I'm doing Insanity max 30 and it has already lowered my body fat by 2% after 3 weeks. I plan on finishing the last 6 weeks while also adding on 20 minutes of weight training per day. Hopefully this is enough to reach a frame...
