Revenge of the Sith Climactic Lightsaber Duel - 5 Years Later

Word. The overly fancy and choreagraphed swordplay of the PT makes it lose some of the realism to me. Obiwan vs Maul was awesome though.

Give me back Sebastian Shaw at end of ROTJ

To me the bottom line is that instead of answering questions that fans had about the OT all these years, Lucas went a different way with the PT Then he had to try to reconcile his new ideas with what had been spoken on film in the OT. The whole midichlorians thing was likely stuck in there...

Give me back Sebastian Shaw at end of ROTJ

I was just thinking about this the other day when ROTJ was on. I agree with most of the gripes about the PT. I think it was totally ill-conceived. Episode 1 was particularly bad. It's pratically unwatchable for me at this point. At the same time I'm thankful for the prequels because they were...

    Michael Jackson costumes/wardrobe?

All this talk about Michael Jackson's death has made me curious if anyone here has any Michael Jackson related props or costumes. I looked through the archives and I found a couple of cool MJ busts but not any costumes. Michael had a lot of weird and cool outfits that he wore. Seems like it...

    ROTJ Luke Costume 56K warning

I think this photo demonstrates how thin the cloak is. One of my favorite costumes of all time.

YODA RETURNS TO DAGOBAH!! -see post #277 3-14-12

Re: YODA'S RETURN TO DAGOBAH!! -see post #100 5-10-09 I don't have the words to describe what I've just seen. All I can do is take my hat off to you. I think that your yoda is the next best thing to going back in time and being on set with Frank Oz. The attention to detail is amazing. I...

Origins of the ROTJ Vader helmets: JY thread continuation

I just watched ROJ and I was thinking that, I kid you not. It makes sense because I saw the fat lipped helmet only in the fight scene with Luke. It was very dark and it hides the perspex very well. Thanks for the replies.

Origins of the ROTJ Vader helmets: JY thread continuation

OK, I'm going to wade into shark infested waters to pose this question. I've read every page of this thread and many others so forgive me if this issue has already been addressed. If you accept the assertion that all the ESB and ROJ helmets started out as identicle ANH helmets that were later...

Props from the movie "Leon" (aka The Professional)

Great website. I was looking for that. Interesting that they left out the Desert Eagle though. -Jason M

That's what I was thinking. I was surprised to see both on the gun at the same time. In my experience compensators, while they do add weight to the barrel to balance it out, they also make the gun louder. Compensators and suppressors seem to be opposing ideas. -Jason M

Great pictures! I have a Beretta 92FS. I'm working on getting one of those compensators for it but they are hard to find and expensive. -Jason M

I stumbled across this rare pic of Leon that shows his chest rig. It also looks like he is using the Beretta with compensator and a silencer. I could be wrong but it looks like it.
